More detail on this person: CW3 Anderson was killed (other survived) when their Grumman OV-1D #67-18920 Mohawk crashed while training out of Fort Rucker at an airport in Georgia.

Crew was performing a two-engine go-around at 104 KIAS and 150' AGL when left engine failed. A/C began rolling to left as IP continued flight while trying to restart the inop engine. When it became apparent that control would be lost, IP order rated student pilot to eject, but he failed to do so. A/C was conducting IP training out of Ft Rucker and crashed at uncontrolled airport in GA. DAC injured in ejection.
