More detail on this person: Jack Bouska age 72 of Lawrenceville, Goorgia formerly of rural Ft. Atkinson, Iowa died Monday, September 15, 2014. A mass will be held Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11 AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Father Albert W. Jowdy officiating. Jack served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He had a passion for flying. He was preceded in death by his Son: Paul Bouska; Sister: Mary Jane Bouska his parents: Edward and Elmarie (Novak) Bouska. He is survived by his Wife of 47 years: June Bouska; Children: Les Bouska of Atlanta, Lynn & Greg Wayne of Buford; Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Sally & Tom McCoy of Wisconsin; Ann Novak & Larry Hartford of Washington, Carol Bouska & Jeremy Iggers of Minnesota; Sister: Peggy Bouska of Iowa; Grandchildren: Matthew Bouska, Ryan Bouska, Kristina Bouska, Shannon Wayne, Nicholas Wayne; Host of family and friends.
