More detail on this person: Harry Lee Barber, 76, of Dover, Tenn., died June 7, 2014.

Born Oct. 28, 1937, at Jonesboro, Arkansas, to James and Emma Jean Schoffer Barber.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Don.

A 1955 graduate of Valley View High School, he completed three tours in Vietnam as a Cobra helicopter pilot. He owned and operated US Bass in Dover.

Survivors include his wife, Virgie; brothers, Ray, Joe and J.T.; and sisters, Connie Hembree, Sharon Murray and Susie Carter.

Services were at Anglin Funeral Home with burial in the Kentucky State Veterans Cemetery in Hopkinsville.
