More detail on this person: He was a Korean and Vietnam Veteran. He was a 'VIP' pilot before Vietnam. He flew Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy as well as MG George S. Patton IV, among others.

In Korea he received the Silver Star in September 1951 and Bronze Star (twice) in Korea as well as the Purple Heart (twice), Natl Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, United nations Service Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, Valorous Unit Award, and Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation.

In Vietnam he received the Distinguished Flying Cross (twice), Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Air Medal (12 times), Natl Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal (10 campaigns), Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross w/Palm, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Meritorious Unit Award (twice), Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation w/Palm. He did four tours in Vietnam.

He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
