More detail on this person: Philip M. Rogers age 49 from Westcliffe, CO died February 6, 1998 on Hiway 69 in SE Colorado from a motorcycle accident.

I visited Phil's widow (Kit Rogers) in April to get the exact date of his accident, and went to the site to get some closure.

The never found his glass eye at the scene.
