More detail on this person: On July 31, 2014, our father, Dale Toler, went to be with the Lord. He had just celebrated his 70th birthday in June. Dale had served proudly in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a helicopter pilot and then continued his service to the country flying fighters with the Maryland Air National Guard. During the past several years, Dale had served as a Sergeant with the Dale is survived by his children, Hayley Toler and Charles Toler; his granddaughter Chase; his parents Jacqueline and Ervin Toler; and his sisters Dawn Hendricks and Nada Green. Viewings will be held on August 6, 2014, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 11:00 am. All services will be held at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad Street, Falls Church, Virginia. Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
