War Story:
We were hunting in the Plain of Reeds. On the Bo Bo Canal, we found 90 sampans. We got the gooks running and we piled on the infantry. We were relieved on station and "Stogie 44" was requested to dump another load of rockets. We refueled and rearmed at Tan An. He went back and I flew to Dong Tam. They were dead before I got to the revetments. from William "Bill" R. Smith, July 2000.
