Description: The 155th Aviation Company unit history states their compound was again attacked by a hostile force employing 82mm mortars. An estimated 81 rounds were fired in four separate barrages. There were 20 WIAs on the compound and one of the unit's NCOs was killed as a result of this action. Again no aircraft were damaged since the rounds all fell in the contonement area. MAJ Billy R. Goodall, the CO, was wounded in both legs and ultimately evacuated to the States.
